Yesterday was Giving Tuesday, and while a lot of people opened their wallets gave and money to causes that are important to them, it seems folks in some states are way more charitable than others. So, which states help out their fellow man the most?
Well, WalletHub has just come out with their list of the Most Charitable States in the U.S., judging the 50 states on 18 key indicators of charitable behavior like share of income donated, volunteer rates and more.
Topping the list as the overall most charitable state is Minnesota, which scores a 69.14, and ranks number one for volunteering and number four for charitable giving.
