- A non-slip floor rendered a cornhole game no fun for an elderly man. Jeffrey Makuch was on the Spirit of Norfolk for a dinner cruise and decided to play a rousing game of cornhole. The floor was non-slip so Jeffrey couldn’t play the game right and he fell. Now he’s suing. The lawsuit says Jeffery couldn’t shift his weight to toss the beanbag into the hole, ruining his fun and causing his spill. The disappointed man is seeking 375-thousand dollars in damages.
