According to a new study from the University of Colorado Boulder, marriages with large age gaps are less likely to succeed, especially when there’s money trouble.
Researchers found that guys who are married to younger wives, at first, are having the time of their lives. As newlyweds, they’re more satisfied than guys who marry older women.
But it’s all downhill from there, with that satisfaction fading quickly in the first decade of the marriage. (University of Colorado)
