A man in England asked a woman to pay him back for their first date ... because she declined to go on another date with him.
The man, whose name was not released, met Lucy Brown on the Plenty of Fish site and took her out for drinks and conversation, but she didn't feel that special spark and told him "no thanks" when he asked to hook up again.
After telling her he was disappointed because he thought everything went well, he said he thought she should foot the bill for the first date, and asked for about 60 bucks to cover the evening.
Amazingly, Lucy agreed and used a money transfer service to wire the funds, then donated the same amount again to a donkey sanctuary, claiming she had never laughed so hard. (Metro)
