If there is a Michigan record for most drunk driving convictions, this guy clearly has his sights set on breaking it.
54-year-old Zenon Bialokur was arrested last Friday for driving while intoxicated. An officer pulled him over for running a stop sign and quickly determined that he was drunk. A check of his records turned up 13 prior drunk driving convictions dating back to 1998. It also turned up 10 convictions for driving with a suspended license.
His latest charges include felony drunk driving, driving without a license, and possessing "open intoxicants" in a motor vehicle. (The Smoking Gun)
