What would happen if an Eau Claire Chippewa Valley restaurant posted a sign like this?
A California restaurant 'Old Fisherman's Grotto' has a sign at it's establishment saying:
'No High Chairs'
No Booster Chairs'
Children crying or making loud noises are distraction to other diners, and as such are not allowed in the dining room.
Now, I can see why some people are taking offense to this. However, they do state that families are absolutely welcome and they serve many, many families with children every day. All they wish is that you wish to bring in your family, you abide by their rules.
Is that too much to ask? Well, there is group of Bay Area, CA moms that finds the sign disturbing enough to cancel reservations there and go somewhere else.
