Believe it or not, since the 1970's there have been 73 documented sightings of a 'Bigfoot' in the state of Wisconsin. That come from the Bigfoot Research Organization's (BFRO) Wisconsin chapter. Yes, that actually is a real thing.
I found this article on the website travelwiscoinsin.com. Pretty interesting stuff. I for one, do believe in a lot of these 'conspiracy theory' things. Not sure if the Blue Hills could sustain and hide an actual Bigfoot, but it is fun to think it's possible.
