We're in need of toys ages 2 though 6 and winter clothing size 2T though 6T.
We've also had questions about cash donations and gift cards. Walmart and Target are the best for gift cards, cash/check donations can be made out to Christmas Is For Children and dropped off at the locations listed below.
This year marks iHeartMedia’s 30th Christmas is for Children. As we prepare to celebrate with family and friends during the holiday season our hearts become more open to the people in our communities. Which is why we started Christmas is for Children so many years ago. Every year we’re able to help underprivileged families in the Chippewa Valley enjoy that holiday cheer we love so much by making sure there are presents to open on Christmas day.
Each year, we serve over 1,000 children and 400+ families. To better help out those in need, we're changing the way YOU can help. Instead of sponsoring a child or family and fulfilling their specific gift wishes, we're asking you bring new, unwrapped toys and winter clothing (coats, boots, hats, mittens, etc) to one of our amazing drop off sponsors. If you've got a number of children in mind you'd like to help, we ask that you spend a minimum of $35 per child.
Gifts can drop off Christmas is for Children presents at the following locations through Sunday, December 4th, 2022:
- Menomonie: Great American Fireplace (Hwy 25 North)
