Cooking Boosts Your Mental Health

There's a new study from Psychology Today that says that cooking can be a new treatments for depression, anxiety, ADHD and more.

Psychology Today says:

"The idea is that by doing something productive, like cooking or baking, there's less time for dwelling on negative thoughts and feelings."
