TMSG: Firefighters Push Disabled Veteran Home After Wheelchair Battery Dies

In a now viral video shared to Facebook by the Raytown Fire Protection District, there are three firefighters in the video pushing a man's wheelchair down the side of the street as their fire engine followed behind them.

This group of Missouri firefighters lent a helping hand to a disabled veteran after he got suck in muddy grass with his wheelchair. They came to help get him out of the mud and by the time he was freed, the battery had begun to run low. So the firefighters pushed him seven blocks home and set him up to recharge the battery.
