A Tennessee woman was arrested after Crossville police pulled her over driving in the slow lane on an electric scooter that was taken from a nearby Walmart. 45-year-old Sally Selby admitted that she took the cart and explained that she was on her way to Waffle House to get a cup of coffee.

Police reviewed surveillance camera footage which captured Selby entering the store at 4:15 a.m. and driving around in the electric scooter while she shopped. 25 minutes later, she left the store and drove around the parking before turning onto Highway 127.
