The Courts May Decide How Many Junior Mints Are In A Box

An Illinois woman's lawsuit says the company's theater box is too big, and tricks people into thinking they are getting more candy than there really is inside. Paige Stemm's lawyers filed the suit last week against Tootsie Roll, who makes Junior Mints. Her case calls it intentionally misleading consumers and comes after a similar lawsuit was filed by someone else a few months back. Stemm's lawyers are asking for class action status.
