BRITAIN'S most tattooed man has no chance of a hot holiday abroad after being denied a passport. Why you ask? Well, It's NOT because 90-percent of his body is covered with tattoo's.
Matthew Whelan no longer goes by his birth name after he decided to change it to 'King of Ink Land King Body Art The Extreme Ink-Ite', and it's cost him the chance to travel to another country. The Passport Office refused to renew his existing passport, despite the fact that the lengthy moniker is his legal name. Going by the short version of his name, Body Art described the decision as "a breach of my human rights". He fumed: "They want to put my birth name on my passport. But that is not my name any more." The DVLA was happy to change his driving licence to the new name, so Body Art is puzzled as to why the Passport Office won't do the same.
