According to a new study from Harvard University, coffee may actually help you live longer.

Researchers studied 130,000 coffee drinkers who guzzled 48 ounces per day and found that these caffeine addicts live longer than those who live without the buzz.

Coffee also has been found to have a connection with lowering the chances of suffering from type-2 diabetes, Parkinson’s, and some types of cancer.

But, keep it simple … black coffee is the best way to go. Avoid all those mocha-flavored and sugary “coffee drinks” just to stay safe - and to get the biggest health benefits possible.
